Our services

Acceptance of Terms
By engaging RecCode for services such as development, maintenance, or support, you agree to abide by these Terms. Continued use of our services after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

License and Use
RecCode grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the code, themes, plugins, and other resources developed by us, solely for your business or personal purposes. Redistribution, licensing, or reselling of these assets to third parties is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Property rights

Ownership of Deliverables
Upon full payment, clients gain ownership of the final code, themes, plugins, and other resources developed by RecCode specifically for their project. However, RecCode retains ownership of all proprietary methodologies, libraries, and frameworks that were not specifically created for the client’s project.

Intellectual Property Protection
RecCode’s work products are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Clients may not reproduce, modify, or use RecCode’s proprietary materials in ways that extend beyond the scope of the agreed-upon deliverables.

Pricing and Payment
RecCode reserves the right to adjust pricing, modify services, or alter offerings at any time. All payments are done via wire transfer, and clients are responsible for any associated bank fees.

Prohibited activities

Unauthorized Use
Clients may not use RecCode’s services in ways that infringe on intellectual property rights, engage in illegal activities, or violate these Terms.

Reverse Engineering
Clients are prohibited from decompiling, reverse engineering, or extracting source code from any of RecCode’s proprietary software unless explicitly permitted.

Services management

Support and Updates
RecCode provides support through designated channels, covering troubleshooting and updates as defined in the service agreement. Extended support or requests outside the initial scope may incur additional fees.

Termination
RecCode reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at its discretion if a client violates these Terms. Termination may be enforced without refund, and any outstanding payments may still be due.

Modifications to Terms
RecCode may revise these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated to clients, and continued service usage after modifications implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

Confidentiality

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
All proprietary information and materials exchanged during a project are considered confidential. RecCode will not disclose client information or project details to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law. Similarly, clients are expected to maintain the confidentiality of RecCode’s proprietary methods and tools.

Limitation of Liability

Service Liability
RecCode is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service under which the claim arose. This limitation applies to the extent permitted by law.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, brought before the courts in Topola, Serbia.
